If my commissions are closed, you can deposit 10% of the total cost of the project you want to commission to secure a spot in the next available queue.
To secure your spot with a deposit, you must have submitted the Requirement Form and signed the âArtwork Commission Agreementâ mentioned in Section 3 - Process and Delivery.
Donât send me any payment until you have sent me the requirements, I have agreed to work on your project, and we have signed the âArtwork Commission Agreementâ.
3 â Process and Delivery
The Work consists of 6 steps:
First contact: You (the commissioner) should email me (the artist) the basic information about what youâre looking to get. Iâll email you the quote, availability, and other information.
Filling in the requirement form: You fill in an order form with all the information about your project, references, and everything else you can inform me about to help me visualize what you have in mind. In the same form, you confirm that you agree with my Terms of Service and indicate your payment preference.
Agreement: I receive your requirement form and agree to work on your commission. I send you an email with the âArtwork Commission Agreementâ you must sign digitally.
Payment: After confirmation that you signed the âArtwork Commission Agreement,â Iâll email you the first PayPal invoice.
Production: I will create your artwork, and we will communicate via email throughout the production process.
Delivery: I will send you the files as foreseen in my Terms of Service.
Deadline:
The time it takes to produce your commission varies from 2-4 weeks to 3 months, depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, research, changes you may request, technical issues, unexpected health problems, the number of commission requests I have in the queue, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image files in your email. Note that there is no physical product.
If you secure a spot in the next available queue, the wait time for your commission to be started will depend on factors such as the number of projects I am working on, the complexity of the current pieces, technical issues, unexpected health problems, and other unforeseen circumstances. You will be informed.
Â
4 â Revisions and additional fees
You can request changes to the commissioned piece during the concept process (including the sketches and colors before the rendering process). The changes made during the concept process are included in the price.
You have two revisions after delivery (included in the price). A fee will be added if you want to make more revisions after you have used the two availableâunless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
If you wish me to change something in the previously approved drawing, there will be an extra fee. The amount of the additional charge depends on the change you want me to make.
I work with a creation process that aims to avoid revisions as much as possible in the final image. I send updates for feedback at each step of the process, and you can comment and request changes in the early stages.
